Forward Law is a fixed-fee legal consultancy for startups, growth businesses and their founders, run by two experienced lawyers.

Why use Forward Law?

  1. David Cammack and Stephen Avila are practising solicitors with over 50 years’ experience between them. Forward Law is a legal consultancy, not a law firm regulated by the SRA.
  2. We offer fixed costs for legal contract drafting and review services in as many areas as possible. You will not rack up a bill much larger than you expected. No one wants unpleasant surprises and we see this assurance as a key part of our excellent customer service.
  3. We have a great team across all the key areas of contract matters you might need help with.
  4. We offer flexible meeting arrangements. If you are not based near our office, then we can meet up virtually, through video conferencing, such as Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and FaceTime, at times to suit you.

Discovery Call

A virtual meeting via Teams is generally the first step to working together. We also support a range of other video conferencing applications.

The goal of this free 45-minute discovery call is to get a clear understanding of the support that you or your business requires. That may be assistance with a one-off issue or ongoing support.

A fixed fee is agreed before any work commences for absolute clarity and peace of mind.

Service Delivery

Once the scope of the work to be undertaken and a timeframe for delivery has been agreed we get to work. Delivering to or ahead of time is always paramount to us.

You're busy people with deadlines. We understand that.

Post-delivery Review

We encourage our clients to provide feedback to us on the services we deliver to them.

This helps build a strong mutual relationship based on transparency and understanding.
